Why we offer a free trial first
Because the App includes a free 3-day trial, you can confirm it works with your setup before paying. We still honour the 30-day guarantee after purchase for peace of mind.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address you used to purchase.
- Include your order number (from your purchase confirmation email).
- Optionally, tell us what didn’t work - it helps us improve, but it’s not required.
We aim to process refund requests within a few business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and the Software reverts to the unlicensed state. Please uninstall the Software if you no longer wish to use it.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse - for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, fraudulent chargebacks, or sharing/redistribution of license keys in violation of the License Terms.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
