Quick fixes for common issues

Make sure you copied the entire key, including any characters after the dot. Paste it into the activation box without extra spaces or line breaks at the start or end. If it still fails, reply to your purchase email or contact us and we’ll re-issue it.

First, confirm the trial hasn’t expired or that your license is activated - invisibility is disabled once the trial ends. Second, check that “Hide from screen recording” is enabled in Settings. Third, ensure you’re on Windows 10 build 19041 or later.

This appears for newer apps that are still building reputation. Choose More info → Run anyway. Code-signing is being rolled out to remove this prompt.

No. Keep your license key from the purchase email and re-activate after reinstalling. If you’ve lost the key, contact support with your order number.
